My worksheets are missing! Do I have two accounts?? |
This usually happens when a teacher has inadvertently created more than one Classwork.com account. It's easy to do without realizing -- often one account is tied to a personal email and another to a school email. This can be confusing, especially if you switch between devices.
The good news is your "missing" worksheets are usually still there, just stored in the other account. Try logging in with your alternate email (you may need to sign out first) and you should see them.
If you do find that you have multiple accounts, email us at support@classwork.com. Let us know the two account emails and which one you'd like to set as your primary. Our team will merge your activities into that account so that everything is in one place.
