If you ever have questions about how to use TeacherMade, just click the "Help Assistant" button on the Main Menu.

The Help Assistant has a number of different tools for you to get answers quickly, any time of day, from any device. Let's take a closer look!

Ask a Question

"Ask a Question" enlists the TeacherMade AI-driven chatbot to answer any question you may have, day or night. Type your question in the yellow box and hit Enter and the bot will do its best to give you an immediate answer.

The chatbot has been trained on all of our Help Center articles and can provide quick and easy answers to most common questions. The TeacherMade staff regularly reviews the questions it's been asked and re-trains it to help it improve.

The chatbot does best when you ask a fully formed question, such as "How do I create assignments in Canvas?" rather than feeding it simple words (e.g. "canvas") as you would a search engine.

You can ask follow-up questions to help the bot refine its answers. And if you want to start over with a clean conversation, click this button at the top:

At the end of each answer, the chatbot will provide links to the articles where it found it answers, and a link to contact a human if you wish to. 

When you're done, click this button to return to the main Help Assistant menu:

Knowledge Base and FAQs

This takes you to our Help Center, where you'll find all the articles written about using TeacherMade, including Getting Started, and Frequently Asked Questions. The article you're reading right now is in the Knowledge Base.

Tutorials

If you'd like to see TeacherMade in action, click "Tutorials" then choose one of the titles. Each tutorial takes you through a feature of TeacherMade in the actual app, letting you click buttons and enter fields to see how TeacherMade works. You can learn how to find Activities in the Library or how to upload your own files to create your own.

Announcements

This counter on the Help Assistant button indicates there are announcements you haven't read yet. TeacherMade makes announcements to let you know about new features or special events or offers that might need your attention. 

Click "Announcements" to read your unread announcements.

Click "Back" to return to the Help Assistant Main Menu. The counter will disappear if you've read all the available announcements.

Contact Us

We know sometimes you just need to contact a person for help. Click "Contact Us" in the Help Assistant to learn how you can contact a U.S.-based person who will go out of their way to help you.
