Maybe. TeacherMade assignments are usually accessed from within LMSs such as Google Classroom, Canvas, or Schoology. Though we store small amounts of personally identifiable information (PII) received from these systems, we don’t have student accounts. (In the 2020-2021 school year, Teachers might have elected to roster students directly into TeacherMade and have them enter their names and/or emails, and/or student IDs when accessing assignments. The use of multiple student PII is no longer an option in TeacherMade. If a parent approved any of these systems, then they’ve likely approved the use of TeacherMade, by extension. But a Teacher could have a student record their voice or make a video of themselves and embed it in their worksheet. So this is a question for you to answer, not us. We take extreme precaution to protect all data on our servers, we share no data with any system but the LMSs to pass grades, and we don’t sell any information on any of our TeacherMaders.
