The Teacher Text tool allows you to add text anywhere on your assignments. Your students will not be able to edit this text but they are able to see it, so it is a great way to add your own instructions, tips, accommodations, or extra information to your students.

To add Teacher Text, click on your activity or click and drag to draw a box.  Click, or Click and Drag The Tools menu will pop-up; select 'Teacher Text' from the right column.

Draw your Teacher Text box wherever you would like it to be on your assignment. 

The editor will open automatically. Click into the text box and start typing!

You can also change the font, color, boldness and a lot of other formatting options. You can even insert an image or math formulas. 

Click "Save" when you are done. 

*To make the Teacher Text draggable for a drag-and-drop question, be sure to check the box next to 'Draggable' on the toolbar.
