How Do I Update My Payment Information?


You can edit your payment information in your profile. Just login to Classwork.com, then click the Account icon at the bottom left-hand corner of the app:



Choose Edit Profile.

From the profile screen, choose Manage your Subscription



That will take you to our trusted eCommerce partner, Stripe. There you can add a new payment method and remove the old one:



If you add a new payment method without removing the old one, you will want to set the new method as the default. Just click the 3-dot menu next to the new method and choose Make default.



When you're done, just click Return to Classwork.com on the left-hand side of the screen.


Note: Classwork.com currently accepts credit and debit card payments through Stripe. PayPal is not supported at this time. If your school or district needs to use a different payment method or needs help making a payment, please email support@classwork.com for assistance.
