How Do I Renew or Cancel My Classwork.com PRO Subscription?

To Renew

Your Classwork PRO subscription renews automatically. To ensure uninterrupted service, just make sure your payment method is up to date.

  • Annual subscribers will receive an email reminder a few weeks before renewal.

  • To update your credit card info, follow the directions below under Accessing the eCommerce System to add a new payment method.

We’re glad you’re continuing with PRO — it means more time saved and less stress for you!


To Cancel

If you wish to cancel your PRO subscription, follow the instructions below under Accessing the eCommerce System. Please note:

  • Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current subscription period.

  • You will continue to have PRO access until then.

  • We do not offer mid-term pro-rated refunds.

We’re sorry to see you go, but we hope Classwork.com has saved you time and energy while you’ve used it. You’re always welcome to return to Classwork PRO whenever the time is right for you.


Accessing the eCommerce System

  • Accessing the eCommerce System
    1. Sign in to Classwork.com.

    2. Click Account at the bottom of the Main Menu.

    3. Choose Edit Profile.

    4. Under Subscription Information, click Manage your Subscription.

      • To cancel: click Cancel Plan.

      • To add a payment method:

        • Click + Add payment method.

        • Enter your information.

        • After the card is accepted, click Make default so it’s used for renewals.

        • (Optional) Remove your old payment information.

    5. When finished, click Return to Classwork on the left side of the screen.
