Happy Halloween! Our scary-good product development team has reached into their bucket of tricks and pulled out a really tasty treat for you! The snipping tool now has an option to snip text from the background, not just images!!

This gives you the ability to:

• Edit text on the background!!! Just use the snipping tool to grab the text (making sure to select "Text") and you'll be presented with a new Teacher Text box that you can double-click to open and edit.
• Resize text. Because the snipping tool creates a Teacher Text item, you can resize the box, reflow the words, even reformat the font!
• Make your worksheet compatible with screen readers. TeacherMade converts imported PDFs to images, effectively hiding the original text from screen readers. If you have students who need to use assistive devices and would benefit from having text on the screen, you can use the snipping tool to re-create the text.

And as before, anything you snip can be made draggable, so you can connect them to a Drop Zone item and create Drag and Drop questions!
