‘Set Selected as Completed’ is a feature that allows teachers to manually finalize a student’s work. If a student forgets to hit Submit or time runs out, choosing this option will turn in their work so you can review it. This saves you from chasing down overdue assignments.

To use this feature, select the checkbox next to any work still marked In Progress. Then open the 3-dot menu in the upper right and select Set Selected as Completed. For an individual student, open the 3-dot menu to the right of their submission information and choose Set as Completed.

This option is also helpful when the Submit button has been disabled to prevent accidental submissions, since you’ll need to turn in the work on the student’s behalf.
