My Students Received an Error While Submitting an Assignment

If you're students receive an error or message while submitting the assignment, first make sure that the Assignment is not locked or has not been Archived. If it appears to be available, it's possible their computers have lost connection to the internet. In that case, wait and retry. TeacherMade will hold on to their answers as long as they keep the page open in their browsers. If the student closes the browser while receiving errors, it's possible they'll lose work completed since the last auto-save of their submission.
