My Students Received an Error While Submitting an Assignment

If your students receive an error or message while submitting an assignment, first check that the assignment is not locked or archived.


If the assignment appears to be available, the issue may be due to a temporary internet connection problem. In that case, have students wait a moment and try again. Classwork.com will retain their answers as long as they keep the page open in their browser. However, if a student closes the browser while experiencing an error, any work completed since the last auto-save may be lost.
