My Account is Not Showing PRO as the Plan |
If PRO is no longer showing in your Classwork.com account, one of the following situations may have occurred:
Personal subscription expired or payment failed
If you pay for your own subscription, your credit card may have expired or been declined.
Classwork.com automatically renews your plan each month (for monthly plans) or annually (for yearly plans).
After several failed attempts to process payment, the system will revert your account to the free plan.
You canceled your renewal
If you canceled your PRO renewal in the past, your account will switch to the free plan when the subscription period ends.
School or district license expired
If your PRO access came from a school or district license, that license may have expired.
Contact your administrator to confirm whether your organization’s subscription is still active.
