Can I Create a Shared Folder for My School?

Yes. With a school or district license, designated users can publish shared folders to an entire campus or district, so your teachers all work from the same activities and curriculum.

Shared folders require a school or district purchase. They aren’t available on individual (Pro) or trial accounts.

Who Can Publish Shared Folders

Publishing shared folders takes an administrative or curriculum role – for example, a District Administrator, Campus Administrator, Curriculum Author, or Curriculum Manager. Your district or campus administrator assigns these roles.

Just Sharing with a Few Colleagues?

You don’t need a shared folder to hand activities to a teammate. Copy a list of shared Activities and send it to your colleagues; they click New on their Activity list and choose Import Shared Activities to copy them in. See Sharing My Activities with Other Teachers.
