2. Select Your Standards
- Click Edit next to “Learning Standards.”
- Click Search Standards in the bottom left.
- Select your State/National Framework, then your Course, Grade Level, and finally your specific Standard.
- Click Save Changes.
3. Generate Questions
You’ll repeat this process to create a variety of question types. Each time you generate a new set, the questions will appear on their own slide(s). After reviewing, use the Add Questions button to insert them into your activity before generating the next item type.

- Enter the Number of Questions as 3

- Click Add Questions to insert them into your activity
Multi-Select (Checkbox)
- Return to the Content Assistant
- Keep the same learning standard
- Set the Question Type to Multi-Select
- Choose 3 questions again
- Click Generate Questions
- Review the questions and correct answers
- Click Add Questions to insert them into your activity
Tip: Multi-Select questions allow students to choose more than one correct answer.
Fill in the Blank
- Open the Content Assistant again
- Choose Fill in the Blank as the item type
- Set the number to 3 questions
- Click Generate Questions
- Review that the blanks are clear and reasonable
- Click Add Questions
These questions are ideal for vocabulary, key terms, or short-response facts.
True/False
- Go back into the Content Assistant
- Select True/False
- Generate 5 questions this time
- Review each statement and ensure it's phrased clearly
- Click Add Questions
Use this type to reinforce key concepts or check for quick understanding.
Each of these question sets will be added to your activity on a separate slide, helping to keep your content organized and structured for your students.
4. Edit (Optional)
You can double-click any question on the page to edit it. Tweak wording, fix answer keys, or modify the layout however you’d like -- you can do this before inserting the questions into your activity OR after they have been added.
5. Name & Preview Your Activity
- Click Pencil Icon next to Untitled Activity at the top and give your activity a name.
- Click the blue Save button in the bottom corner.
- Click the Preview icon (monitor with an eye) to see the activity as a student would.
6. Wrap It Up
When you're done, click File > Close in the top-left menu. You’re now ready to assign this activity.
