Activity Menu Overview

On the Activities page, each Activity has a checkbox on the far left. When you select it, a row of quick actions appears at the top of the screen. This is the Activity Menu.

Activity Menu Options

• Assign – Send the Activity to students.
• Review – Open student submissions and monitor progress.
• Edit – Reopen the Activity in the Studio to make changes.
• Preview – View the student version.
• Copy – Create a duplicate version.
• Move – Organize the Activity into folders.
• Share – Share the Activity with others.
• Print – Generate a printable version.
• Delete – Move the Activity to Trash.

Selecting Multiple Activities

You can select more than one Activity at a time for actions like Move or Delete.

When multiple Activities are selected, options such as Assign, Edit, Preview, Copy, and Print will be unavailable. To use those features, select only one Activity.
