Edit an Activity from the Activity Menu

To make changes to an Activity, go to your Activities page and check the box next to the Activity you want. This opens the Activity Menu above the selected item.

Click Edit to open the Activity in the Editor.

Editing Permissions

What you can change depends on whether the Activity has already been assigned.

Never Assigned

If the Activity has never been assigned, you have full editing control. Add, remove, or modify any element.

Already Assigned

If the Activity has been assigned, the Editor opens in Answer Key Mode.

Answer Key Mode is a limited editing state that protects existing student work. You can still:

• Adjust correct answers
• Change point values
• Update scoring settings

Changes made in Answer Key Mode will re-score existing submissions and apply to future ones.

Need to Make Bigger Changes?

If you need to make major edits, create a copy of the Activity and assign the new version separately.
