Share an Activity

To share an activity with another teacher, go to your Activities page and check the box next to the activity or activities you want. This opens the Activity Menu directly above your selection. Click Share to begin.

When a Single Activity Is Selected

A popup will appear explaining how sharing works:

Sharing an activity allows other Classwork.com teachers to make a copy in their own account. Your original activity cannot be edited by them, and any changes you make later will not affect their copy.

Sharing is for teachers only. If you want students to access this activity, use Assign instead.

At the bottom, you will see a toggle labeled:

Sharing for this activity is currently On/Off

Switch it On to generate a shareable link and Copy button. Share the link by email, LMS, or message. The receiving teacher can go to MORE > Import Shared Activities to add it to their account.

When Multiple Activities Are Selected

The popup will show a summary such as:

Of the 3 activities you selected, 1 is currently shared and 2 are not shared.

All activities in any selected folders are included in the summary above.

Below the summary, you can choose to:

• Share selected activities
• Turn off sharing for activities that are already shared

Click the action you want, and Classwork will apply it to all selected activities at once.
