Why Is My Sharing Library Empty?

If you don’t see any Activities in the Sharing Library or your search results are blank, it’s usually caused by being on the wrong page, filters being applied, or a browser/network issue.


Follow the steps below to confirm everything is set up correctly.


1. Confirm you selected Library in the left menu

On the left side of the Home page, select Library — not Activities.

The Sharing Library only appears when Library is selected in the navigation menu.


2. Check for filters

Even if you didn’t intentionally apply filters, they can remain from a previous session.

Clear or adjust:

  • Grade

  • Subject

  • Category

  • Search terms

Then try searching again.


3. Refresh the page

Refresh your browser and allow the page to fully reload.

  • Mac: Command + R

  • Windows: F5

Then check the Sharing Library again.


4. Try a Private / Incognito window

Open a Private (Incognito) browser window, log in to Classwork.com, and navigate to the Library again.

This helps rule out cached data, browser extensions, and cookie issues.


5. Check your network

Some school or district networks restrict shared content.

If possible, try:

  • A personal device

  • A home network

  • A mobile hotspot


6. Still not seeing anything?

Email support@classwork.com and include:

  • A screenshot of what you see

  • The browser you’re using

  • Whether you’re on a school device or network
