Can I Change the Due Date for One Student?

At this time, Classwork does not allow you to change the due date for an individual student. The due date you set for an assignment applies to all students who receive the assignment.

If a student needs additional time, here are some options you can use:

• Ignore the due date when grading that student’s work.
• Reassign the activity with a new due date and give only that student the new link (if you are sharing assignments by link).
• Adjust the due date in your LMS (Google Classroom, Canvas, or Schoology) if the assignment was posted there.

Important Note

Classwork currently does not support setting different due dates for individual students.
